Signature learning experiences are available to all students at UCalgary. It's up to you to decide what you experience!
Whether it's doing an exchange with a partner university abroad, or spending a summer researching with a UCalgary mentor, signature learning experiences enhance your time in university, and give you the skills to succeed, no matter where you end up.
Our feature programs
UCalgary has opportunities for signature learning in every faculty and department.
- UREX Summer awards students with up to $7,500 to conduct research over the summer.
- UNIV 304 is open to any student while you gain real work-experience.
- Global Classrooms take your UCalgary courses abroad, with faculty-led field schools.
- Ready for Entrepreneurial Thinking is Canada's first microcredential created just for university students. It's free to current students at UCalgary.
- Get Ready for Research and sign up for this microcredential that takes you through research basics so you can start your own research journey.
